Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cloud Vapez account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn clothing and the printed packing slip into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
